Iowa Community Theatre Association Board of Directors

The Iowa Community Theatre Association is administered by a board of fifteen members. They are elected at the annual membership meeting which occurs at ICTA Convention in the even-numbered years and ICTA Festival in the odd-numbered years. All members are elected for a three-year term, and they are not selected by district. Therefore, at each election there are five board members elected, and there is no limit to the number of terms that may be served. The board meets quarterly in various theaters in the state. There is no salary nor expenses paid to board members, but expenses are eligible for a deduction as a volunteer on the itemized portion of the income tax forms. Because one member has had to resign this year, six slots will be filled in July. The board members determine their own officers.

Note the addresses of the board members. More representation is needed in the eastern side of the state.
