L.K. Boutin Grants
Dear ICTA Member:
Thank you for your continued support of live
theatre and the rich history of community theatre in Iowa. One of ICTA’s
goals is to help financially in this support through the L K Boutin
Grants. ICTA has honored with a major endowment that allows us to assist
in this effort.
L K Boutin was a founder of ICTA, who passed in
1985 and left a portion of his estate to the organization to carry on the
work of development of community theatre in Iowa. Since his death the
Board has awarded grants to member theatres in support of specific
projects.
Applications are now being accepted for grants to be
awarded for the calendar year 2012. The deadline for receiving grant
requests is October 15, 2011. All grants must be post marked or
emailed by this time. All grants need to be submitted to Gerard
Schwickerath, ICTA Treasurer; 4740 Iowa Street, Newton, IA 50208 or email
Gerard.schwickerath@kemin.com.
